Who can access the reports?
Only clients with active projects can view sample data on-line.
Who assigns the username and password?
Usernames and passwords are assigned by Certes Environmental Laboratories, LLC. Lost usernames and passwords can be retrieved only by contacting your Certes project manager via email or phone. You must indicate your company name, project and project manager's name when requesting a your username and/or password. New usernames and passwords can also be requested however the above criteria must be met before assigning a new username and password. Certes Environmental Laboratories reserves the right to contact you directly to confirm your lost or new username and/or password request.
