Managing Director:
The Managing Director provides direction and guidance
for the company.
Primary responsibility is to manage and drive the daily
business effort.
Reporting to the Managing Director are Production,
Log-In, Project Management, Accounting and Information
Systems.
Technical Director:
The Technical Director is responsible for facets of
daily operation of the laboratory with respect to overseeing
the quality assurance program, providing technical support and
training to the staff, and implementation and maintenance of
quality control processes in the laboratory that assures
method, project and regulatory requirements are
achieved.
Project Managers: The
Project Managers are responsible for data review, project
start-up, tracking samples throughout the process, and client
interface between management and the
laboratory.
Business Development: The
Business Development team is based in Carrollton,
Texas, with a Business Development office in the Austin/San
Antonio area.
This team is accountable for new business development
in the Southwest, as well as pre-existing client
support.
Information Systems: The
Information Systems encompasses the daily
operations of both Microsoft Windows 2000 Local Area Network
and the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), as
well as Webmaster. Upgrades and maintains
the system and provides data
security.
Chemists: Organic, Inorganic and lab technicians
responsible for sample extraction and
analyses.
